Refunds
As items are made to order we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase and the service we provide or the gifts you receive do not meet with your approval, please contact us within 48 hours and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. If a refund is accepted it will be your responsibility to return the gift in a suitable way. Postage to and from can not be refunded (all items should be returned in good condition and unopened).
No claim of a refund can exceed the value of the gift. No money will be refunded for delayed items.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch, a full refund will be given. We can not be held responsible for consequence of cost or further cost than the amount of the gift.
Cancellation
We regret that purchases can not be refunded. You may cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched. If you cancel your order and it has been dispatched you will only receive 50% of the order value when item is returned in original packaging (postage will not be refunded).
Damaged Goods
If the goods are damaged the purchaser should Contact Us and we will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
Delivery
We are pleased to offer a FREE delivery service. All deliveries are made by either Parcel Force or Royal Mail mainland delivery normally 1 - 3 working days (busier times could take longer) and we deliver to UK addresses, deliveries to some areas are not covered, please check with us if you are unsure. Gift Hampers From The Heart will endeavour to deliver on requested day, but delays mays occur beyond our control. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee an exact delivery time. We will exercises all reasonable efforts to meet the requirements, but can not be held liable for any loss or damage due to delay or failure to deliver resulting from any cause beyond our control.
Next Day Delivery - We will endeavour to accommodate request, however an extra charge will apply for this service. Please contact for details.
Payment
Gift Hampers from The Heart provides a 100% secure payment system. All payments will be processed by World Pay/Paypal. Goods will only be dispatched when payment has been received in full. Alternatively we can accept cheques/postal orders by prior arrangement.
We reserve the right to decline an order. Where we suspect fraudulent attempts to obtain goods, we will decline the order. We may ask for further evidence as proof of identity.
Other Bits
Gift Hampers From The Heart can not be held responsible for incorrect information supplied by the customer. We are entitled to withdraw from any purchase in the case of any obvious errors.
Please note it is the purchases responsibility to check that items purchased for Babies, Children's and/or the receiver that the items are suitable for Babies, Children's and/or the receiver. Avoid danger and always keep packaging away from Babies and Children!
Price
In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, Gift Hampers From The Heart reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. The customer will be notified by email informing them of the correct price, and given the option to proceed with the order.
Stock
We will do our best to hold all items in stock, but sometimes we may run out, we will alway do our best to replace with an item with equivalent value.
We reserve the right at our discretion to change, modify, add or remove our Terms and Conditions at any time. Please check periodically for changes and up-dates.
